Ofcom investigates Pornhub's age checks. Aylo relied on Apple's age signal from May 2026. Ofcom says the Online Safety Act puts effectiveness on the service provider "no matter at what stage an age check occurs," and will not rule on how Apple operates its checks. Austria's NISG 2026 is in force. Obligations bind from today whether or not you have registered — the self-assessment is itself the duty. Registration via the Unternehmensserviceportal must initially be completed by 1 January 2027. USP (Austria)
